ഗുരോ, ജീവത്മാവ് അല്ലെ ഈ മനസ് അതിനെ ഈ ശരീരത്തിൽ നില നിർത്തുന്നത് പരമാത്മവും. ഈ ജീവത്മാവ് പരമാത്മവിലേക്ക് ലയിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണല്ലോ ബ്രഹമത്തെ അറിയുന്നത്. പിന്നെ പറയുന്നു ജീവത്മാവ് വന്നത് പരമത്മാവിൽ നിന്നാണ് എന്ന് അപ്പോൾ ശെരിക്കും ഈ ജീവത്മാവിനെ പരമാത്മ സ്ഥിതിയിലേക്കു ഉയർത്തുനതല്ലേ ബ്രമ്മ്ഹ നിർവാണം. അപ്പോൾ പരമത്മാവിനെ ഉള്ളിൽ നിറങ്ങിരിക്കുന്ന വേറൊരു chythanyamayi നമ്മൾ എന്തിന് കാണണം നമ്മൾ തന്നെ അല്ലെ അതു ഈ ജീവത്മ സ്ഥിതിയിൽ നിന്ന് ബൗത്തീകമായ എല്ലാത്തിനെയും മായ ആണ് എന്ന് മനസിലാക്കി അതിൽ നിന്ന് സമ്മബുദ്ധി കൈവരിച്ച ജീവത്മാവ് തന്നെ അല്ലെ പരമത്മാവ് (ഇതിനെലാം കാരണ ഭൂതനായ ഭഗവാൻ ).

Actually mind is seeing and recognizing ,we know everything through mind. Mind which is connected outside is jeevathma .When we practice nama sangeerthanam within it turns to Paramathma.Mind has two forces,world’s pulling power and attraction of Paramathma.If a person is interested in worldly things mind goes to worldly things.
