Dear Gopal,
An emotionally weak mind will foolishly imagine the pleasures from a woman.
This will lead to mental & physical exhaustion of energy.
Pleasure is not in any one else’s body; it is in our own mind.
If you can practise meditation and constantly practise Japam, you can see that you gather more energy.
Such a mind will be loved and liked by others.
Negative, emotional minds develop negative environment and this will lead to discarding and avoiding them by good people.
