Swamiji thank you so much for all your earlier replies and I am really grateful for that but I am still failing to be steady in my sadhana and thereby make my mind and body calm and relaxed and I also get very disturbed by outside problems though I try hard not to let it destroy my peace of mind.At work my senior doesn’t like that I leave for home on time and then they don’t like that I don’t take promotion and he always has a problem with me and a problem with the fact that my husband earns well, there is so much of jealousy and selfishness not only do I not feel like properly working but also I feel mentally harassed but then I think I should just leave it and forgive him because this man is more closer to my father’s age than my age.But even after trying to tolerate so much and trying to have a good bond with him I think he still seems after my joy and doesn’t want me to be happy and peaceful and he operates only from ego and I have never seen operate from love or kindness except with some very poor people. How do I not let such petty and mean behaviour affect me mentally because at home I have an aging mother to care for as well as a small son and I also have to support my husband.I have been struggling with such issues for so long.Thank you so much

Hari Ohm .Our main enemy is not from outside but lives in our own mind. When we constantly think about what problems others are creating , you loose creative ideas. As you said you are doing your sadahana, with that strength you act and behave like the most happy person in the world. When you express happiness in your gestures and words you are negating the negative energy in and around you. Your family and friends will value your cheerful presence.
Your salary and promotions are nothing compared to the appreciation and promotion. Determine that I will promote my mind from negative thinking to positive expression. Develop the strength through sadhana and live a bold life. Never let your mind go down. Initially this may disturb you but eventually you will be a relaxed person and expert in expressions .
