Dear Preetha,
It is not reaction, but response that we need to give!
Develop an excellent communication skill; speak gently, clearly and peacefully!
Understand that people do not intentionally harm others; mostly it is out of ignorance and stress!
They are unaware of the effect of their actions and words. No one is totally good or bad.
Instead of blaming directly, you can tell them how to improve themselves or what you would appreciate in them!
When you inspire people with reference to their positive qualities, their negativity will diminish eventually.
Every one needs encouragement and appreciation; if you can give that they will listen to your positive criticism too!
Remember, once you have communicated, your role is over!
Do not allow your mind to stick with the person and event.
Most importantly, understand that it is easier and better to correct yourself than others!
Regular Sadhana will help you to develop a balanced and peaceful mind!
