Dear Kamalaji,
What do you mean by “Dosham”?
Killing for Atmaraksha is not a Dosham!
But killing a species leading to its extinction is criminal!
Snakes are also a part of nature as humans are!
They attack only when they are frightened.
Worshipping snakes and other animals and offering them a dwelling place (Sarppakkavu) was our tradition; it ensured the ecological balance of Mother Earth!
But, now we kill them for trading their skin and making medicines and offer Vazhipadu at temples!
Remember, human beings are the only species that can cause harm to nature!
