Dear Krishnan,
Cosmic Energy can be sensed by the five senses. It is easy to feel at (influences) the Body level.
Conscious Energy, as that is called, is sourced from Chaitanyam and is experienced internally by one’s mind.
Conscious energy is within oneself and is the origin of positive thoughts. The more one directs the mind internally to the Chaitanyam one can experience the positive energy sourced from the Consciousness.
One can experience cosmic energy in Physics lab. However, Upasana and Dhyanam are techniques to experience the Conscious energy.
