Extremely sorry for the delay in replying. Due to some technical issues we had to discontinue the Q&A sessions for sometime.
I truly understand your concern which is common to many other parents too especially in the case of boys and their mobile addictions. This problem can be solved consciously. Children are addicted to mobile due to sensual pleasures that entertains them a lot. You can talk to him lovingly , appreciating his qualities and make him realise and think about his future where he can become a very productive and creative person. He may gradually focus on his studies to achieve his goal. Another method would be engaging him in online classes where you could hire teacher to counsel him. Constantly hearing these advices he may drop this addiction. You could get him engaged in different sports activities. Also take him to temples and tell the priest your son’s desire or goal in life and request him to help in getting him out of his mobile addiction so that he can focus on his studies and future. In various ways if you convince him that he has a great future in front of him and this mobile addiction is an obstacle for his reaching his goals, he may rework his lifestyle.
