Dear Athira,
All descriptions and explanations of God is symbolic.
We usually use the word “energy” to convey the meaning of that Omnipresent Life Force!
We can not limit the INFINITE into a person (visible or invisible) and no language can describe the UNLIMITED!
It is to be experienced; all our Sadhana and meditations are meant for purifying ourselves for that experience!
