Dear Swamiji, in one of the episodes of the Bhaagavathaamrutham (Asianet) you mentioned how important spiritual meditation is in order to purify one’s mind. In this context you mentioned that many great individuals attained mental purity by medication. You even cited Jesus who you said spent many years in India for meditation purposes. When I mentioned the latter to a christian friend he wanted to know from which source this information has been derived. Could you please answer this question of my friend?
