Dear Jai,
Mind is the manifestation of the conscious energy in the form of thoughts – both intellectual and emotional.
Thoughts are oriented on the past, present and future.
Past is accumulated experiences and information.
Present is always dynamic and creative.
Future is always imagined and expected.
Our mind can travel to past, present, future and also to the PRESENCE from where the mind has manifested.
There your mind disappears and you express infinite, nondestructive ONENESS of conscious energy.
It can travel all over the body within and without!
