Namaskaram Swamiji, Swamiji i have few doubts which i am sure you will be able to clear. The other day in the asianet programme i happened to observe that for the formation/wellbeing of Bhagavatham Village a few astrologers were called. But in your prabhashanams you always say that we must not depend on horoscope and jathakam but surrender to the Lord as the Lord knows what is best for us. How is it that the Bhagavatha Gramam requires the astrologer’s help? Kindly clarify. Lord Krishna marrying 16008 women has a symbolism which i happened to read in one of the answers. Is it correct for a person to get married to more than one women even if his first wife consents such marriage? How would you interpret a woman considering her husband as God and wishes that her companions or friends should too get married to her husband and be blessed by such marriage? Please clarify. What you saw was the ceremony of honouring the great Bhagavatha Acharyas at Guruvayoor on January 1st, 2010.
As you know the Thathwam in the story of Krishna’s marriage to 16008 women, why get confused about common people marrying more partners?
The concept of marriage is to ensure a healthy social life, not a wild and aimless life!
Please understand that the true marriage is not between a man and a woman, but between your mind and the Lord!
