Dear Anirudh,
Your life is decided by the thoughts (the accumulated culture in your mind).
Though the mind is the manifestation of the conscious energy, it is so much attracted and attached to the perceived and experienced world.
When the mind is connected to the Consciousness through Sadhana this mind can experience nondestructive, ever lasting conscious energy.
Such a person alone can experience life with a balanced mind.
This must be the goal of your life.
If the mind won’t connect and expeirence the conscious energy, till then the mind has to take many birhs.
For that, you alone are responsible!
