Discrimination is the ability to transcend illusion or Maya, a quality that is necessary to become ONE with the Supreme Chaithanyam.
(Means, the ability to choose the right at the right time)
You can realize the unity of your Self with the Chaithanyam through contemplative practices like meditation, japa, yoga etc. These practices will help you overcome all limitations of your individual ego and realize the Ultimate True Self!
