Dear Ajitha,
Simply speaking, all the Knowledge that you gain from external sources using your senses and mind is called Apara Vidya.
This includes holy texts too.
Para Vidya is that Knowlege which blossoms internally without any external support.
It is the Supreme Knowledge that liberates you to Self Realization!
