Pranam Swami Udit Chaitanyaji Things that happened in past are past and we should forget. This is a good saying but you know guruji I am a very bad person in forgetting bad experiences or the person who has cheated/insulted me.Since I belive in not hurting any one even though I feel hurt myself. It takes so much of time that I waste some of my present time doing so.I am aware and still not able to come up.I try to forget things but now I need your help Also guruji I am a very shot tempered person.By listening to you in the morning and my mother had brought my tolerance level. But that is temporary I fell.Still there are time when a single word/sentence can make me boil at 100 degree.I am angree to the level that the thing before me will be broken no sooner than i see it ,i break it.some suggestion to come out of it.

Dear Radhika,
Like our body needs regular cleansing, your mind needs constant refreshing too.
Knowledge of the Self and Sadhana (Yoga, Pranayam, Nama Japam, Meditation) purify your mind.
Such a mind can not hold onto any negative emotion for a long time.
It will accept people and situations as they are and will only aim at improving itself.
This is the only remedy for you.
