Dear Krishnan,
If you are a very observant listener and a cheerful entertainer among your staff, you can conquer their mind.
Understand that commanding people because of your authoritative position and getting the job done will not give you real joy. But if the work is done out of love and attraction towards you, that will give immense joy and pleasure.
To develop an attractive personality, practice pranayamam, japam and meditation.
