Dear Sarojiniji,
The brain has two parts, Intellectual and emotional.
The intellectual part is informative and objective and the emotional part is subjective .
Your emotional mind is more powerful than the intellectual side. Develop a balanced mind, by considering every experience as God’s Prasad. We can achieve this through practicing sadhana regularly.
You see the world outside according to the culture lying deep in your mind.
Meditation (Dhyanam), is a practice by which the mind is enriched with spiritual energy.
It is like when you soak a sponge in the water, when the mind is spiritually/ divinely soaked, your strength/ courage, wisdom, memory… etc increases.
Hari Om!
