Namaste Swamiji. It is my understanding that our physical body is called Gross body, sukshma sarira is called subtle body .Then what is Causal body or astral body? Kindly explain swamiji. Hari Om.

Hari Om,
As you said, the physical body is the gross body, made up of 5 elements and the subtle body is the mind + budhi + chitham + ahamkaram. It is the bundle of thoughts.
Causal body is the ignorance, which is a cause for separation from God (Chaithanyam) within you.
