Thankyou swamiji for ur reply to my earlier question. I would now like to know what brahmamuhurtham is and what is the duration of it in the morning? Also what is yamam

Dear Smitha,
“Brahma Muhurtha” is the approximate 45 minutes just before the Sun rise, that is, early in the morning (4.30am to 5.30am).
Yamam is the time which influences our physical system.
4.30 am to 5.30 am is the “Saraswathy Yamam” when the brain cells get activated and memory becomes active during this time.
It is the most ideal time for practising Sadhana as the atmosphere is filled with positive energy.
A person who practises Sadhana (Pranayam, Japam, Meditation) during this time never looses his memory.
