swamiji, should we completly get rid of kamam or desire for sex?I have experienced consciuosness,but unable to keep it onthe consiousness during non celibacy. when thoughts of kama come can feel the energy moving downward. this causes a budhi nasham temporerly.

When you have the desire to experience physical pleasure, plesae get rid of it by going through that.
Otherwise, it will remain in the mind.
Once you experience it only, you will realize the beauty of inner purity and happiness.
There you gain energy and strength; but in the other cases, you feel lost and dull.
