Swamiji , please give me some idea regarding the ‘jagrath , swapna , sushupthi and thuriya ‘ are these last three avasthas are in our real sleeping stage or our awaken stage ? Sorry I dont know whether I have putthe question ia right way .pranam!

We undergo these three states of Jagrath (awake), Swapna (dream) and Sushupthi (deep sleep) one after another.
Thureeya is not a fourth state, but the transcended state of awareness.
