Swamiji, A person with ailments like heart, kidney or so can practice meditation, yoga, namajapam etc? . Is it advisable to a person with angioplasty done and now under daily medication can do deep breathing exercise like meditation? Thanks

Meditation is not Pranayama, but letting go of all efforts and connecting with the inner silence.
A patient should practise Yoga and Pranayama under expert guidance only.
But he can do Nama Japam and listening to bhajans and slokas.
