Guruji, kodi kodi pranam, your wisdom, knowledge, simplicity is marvelous and I want to know the answer to the following: The purpose of meditation is to realise the ATMAN in one. So adviced by various teachers, we move from known to unknown in the order from matter to subtle matters. So in meditation we move from 1. Body 2. Breath 3. Mind 4.Intellect. 5 Total intellect. 6.Knowledge 7.Memory 8. Ahagaram or EGO and lastly to Consciousness and then to toal consciousness. In these movement the most difficult sheath to break is 8th one which is “I” ness or EGO. Please suggest a method to break this sheath of “I” which would take one to SELF REALISATION. Since the sheath of “I” is very difficult to overcome and mechanically engulfs one, please give us how to break this sheath and move to realisation. PRANAM

When you are natural and aware of what is happening in your mind, you will always know the awakening of “I”ness in you.
Regular meditation will help you reach that state.
That awareness will make you a witness to your own thoughts and hence subside your ego.
