Dear Anand,
Consider the age of your wife. Though she is physically grown up, she is not mentally risen up to the maturity of a wife.
By your constant caring, loving, taking her out etc., you can change her mind from a girl to a wife.
Never criticize and discuss her mistakes to others and to herself. Understand no one is perfect. We are here, not to judge others but to share and care.
