Dear swamiji Recently I have started to do meditation. My problem is that I can’t concentrate on the breathing for longer time. Once or twice I experienced a detached feeling, is it that we should be aiming for? also after sometime, I have the strong urge to open my eyes and wouldn’t be able to meditate any longer. I think it’s because I’m a beginner and hopefully as time passes I would attain high levels of conciousness through meditation.

Dear Anu,
In the initial stages of meditation, these kinds of experiences are natural.
Do not worry, please keep doing Sadhana with commitment.
