swamiji,please explain ”swadharmam”& ”paradharmam”

Dear Preethy,
Swa-dharma means that which you follow. Swa means your own. That means you have to follow the root of the mind. That means you have to direct your mind towards its own source- that is none other than the God. That is our highest Dharma. Para means others. Making others happy physically and through talk- that is paradharmam. When you are with others follow Para-dharmam and when you are with yourselves follow Swa-dharmam.
