swami g, Transformation of mind is very important as you said .but swami g it is very difficult for me.As i told you before about my ambition to join the army and how i came to know about my heart problem.The doctor told me that there is a small hole in my valve and the position of the heart is turned i.e aorta on the right side.Iam telling you all this because i have seen you as my spiritual guru . I should not take more stress and strain.but swami g i could not convert my mind.Now also my mind is saying not loss hope you will get your ambition .Iam in between two state of mind i.e some time i think spiritually that i should not attach to it but some tme i think of NDA and think that i should get it. As you said i have started doing paranayam in the morining.Please help me frome this situation with apt solution. And swami g is there any change contorlling this heart problem with any kind of yoga or meditaion .I am waiting for you option.
