I am 37 years, in my spiritual phase of life reading and listening to geetha and other hindu discourses.Still howmuchever i am comprehending and trying to assimilating the same, a lot of waste emotions like jealosy, insecurity comes to my mind.Being a highly self-critical and aware individual, am feeling stuck between 2 worlds!Please advice! Dear Jyothi,
It is very good that you are aware of your negative emotions.
Please understand, when you observe keenly, your negavtive tendancies decrease and positive tendancies increase!
Every body is reaping the fruits of their own Karma; there is no need to be jealous of any one as they may be jealous of you too.
When your sense of belonging increases, insecurity and all other negativities will vanish.
Meditate regularly; the light of awareness will dispel all darkness from your mind!
