Dear Savithri,
Initially a person who is body oriented can not lift his/her mind from the Form to the Formless truth. As he trains in himself, he slowly gets the concept of formless truth. Once
he gets established in that, he understands that God is not in him, but he is in the Omnipresent God. When you say God is in me or in you, your “I” comes only when the mind is awake. Who is responsible for awakening the mind? It is the grace of the Chaithanyam within. Now you must be able to understand both.
