My dear swamiji, iam presently in occupation were i not happy, i am not able to get with my immediate boss, and there is a lot of fight happening on a daily basis, further my boss has also been foul mouthing about me to various other manager involved in my company and therby tarnishing my image, further inspite of very good efforts at work and result iam either not getting dues for that or simply getting ignored, i am not able to understand how do i get out of this problem, i have been praying hard to god to help me a get a change out of this situation, but i don’t know if god is hearing my prayer, can you please advise how do i overcome this situation,

When your mind is weak, it will search for what others are talking and discussing about you.
You have no freedom and cannot stop others from talking.
Focus your attention on your work,do it sincerely, that alone will bring the perfection in your work.
A person with perfection is always in need. So don’t waste your time by keeping your mind on others mouth.
Think what you want to become and strive for that!
