dear swamiji,can i forget about controlling mind etc and concentrate only on how to merge with divinity,kindly tell me what to do i am practicing to concentrate on what i am doing as u said that is the way to be with divinity,

When your focus is 100% on what you do – listening to music, playing an instrument, doing office work etc – your mind disappears!
That is, you reach a thoughtless state!
Understand, divinity is not separate from you – it is your true nature!
You just need to rediscover it!
