Satsang is connecting the mind with the divinity.
Gayatri mantra is a divine mantra which helps the mind to enrich with spiritual energy.
Time is a concept based on motion; if you measure the motion(flow) of a river and the motion of a concrete bridge (here motion means the age) they are different.
The time which we take for seeing a dream is also different; but understand, the observer of all these time sis beyound the time .
