All dreams are not true, many times the dreams are the expressions of the mind about the suppressed thoughts which you entertained deeply in your mind.
The regret,hatred & jealousy thoughts about your friend & husband are interconnecting by mind & it is a mere hallucination.
However if you give truth to those dreams then it will reflect in your interaction with those people then it will become true.
So understand that dreams are a lessons which teach how we are falling to a negative experience because of our mental weakness.
