The desire to be a perfectionist induces tension in us.
It will cause feverishness and affect our performance as we demand 100% result and it may not be possible for us to achieve.
When you give your 100% sincere commitment and involvement in whatever you do, it will detach you from tension and give the best result too.
So, perfectionist demands 100% output and totalist contributes 100% input.
