namaskaram swamiji its a traditional rule that when elders speak those yonger to them shouid not speak though sometimes they speak are not true or wrong.speaking what is right is human right. that why such things are included in disobdience. will such rules make growing child coward and fer to speak before the society, swamiji i want your advise and opinion regarding this matter.

It is not said when elders speak others should not talk.
When the young one talks with a criticizing and insulting mode then the elders feel hurt.
Instead of confronting with the elders, learn to communicate softly.
Also ask their opinion on your suggestions.
Such healthy communication will not spoil the relationship.
