what is fate? Is it exists?

Every one of us are undergoing expected or unexpected experiences.
Out of them, some are favourable and others are not.
If we emotionally crack down, then we say it is fate.
So fate is that which makes us emotionally down.
Develop inner strength; then adversities become challenges or a divine test and we can even say, it is the Prasadam of my most beloved Lord.
