Dear Somanji,
First see the light of the lamp with full awareness and then sit with your eyes closed.
Imagine the light and see it with your inner eyes.
Also visualize that the same light is within your self, giving the warmth of divine love.
Then chant any Namam for about twenty minutes with devotion.
