Dear Ammu,
It is not an incidence that makes you frustrated. It is the attitude towards the incidents that creates all the problems. According to Lord Krishna”s version, God resides in our heart. If you have strong faith in HIM, then accept the incident as a test of God. A real devotee never loses temper; Bhagavan says “such a devotee is dear to me”. The bad and negative thoughts slowly weaken your mental strength and develop so many negative complices in your mind. With a disciplined life (getting up at 5am and chanting Japams like “Hare Rama Hare Rama…..Hare Krishna Hare Krishna….” at least for one hour a day) will definitely give you courage and create a positive attitude. Do this regularly for at least one month and write to me with the result.
