Mere understanding about the taste of any food won’t give you real clarity or experience of the same.
You just start practising, then alone you know the truth.
Read the story of the Salt doll; when it wants to experience the depths of ocean, then it could see only ocean every where and dissolved into the ocean.
Similarly such a mind alone can feel God every where.
