Dear Arunji,
Understand, our Scriptures are having two parts; one is history or story and second is mystery or the moral lesson in it (thathwam). When it is said Soodra, ladies etc. our masters are not talking about caste or gender; they are showing us the quality of our mind.
When we are not inspired or determined because of our lethargy or lack of interest, understand such minded people are Sudras (sochathi iti sudra).
Then if our mind is only focusing on sensuous life, such emotional minded people are called women(nari).
The mind which is inspired, dedicated and determined alone can achieve progress in their respective fields.
So don’t waste our time and energy and study, listen and practise.
We can also transform our mind.
HariOm!
