For a doctor studying a human body is a part of acquiring knowledge; it is not sensual or sexual at the time of learning.
Our Masters revealed an ocean of knowledge before us.
It is the human mind that sees vulgarity even in scientific explanations.
Remember, Sage Vaatsyayana who wrote Kamasutra was a Brahmachari.
