Swamiji, I had some expectations from my married life. But none of them were met. I feel depressed because of that. Also when i see another happy couple i feel jealous. I do think why such things happen only to me? Why am i not blessed ? I want to get rid of jealousy. I should be satisfied with what i have. My mind should not be disturbed by such thoughts. I listen to your discourses, also to some devotional songs. Njanappana is my favourite. But the effect of listening to all these stays for sometime and again my mind goes back to where it was. I want a tranformation in my life. Please suggest me what to do…. My Pranams to you. -Rohini

Dear Rohini,
If you look within, fortunatly you have a mind which is not satisfied with the present life.
From a spiritual point of view you are so blessed because a satisfied mind is a dead mind, it has no further growth.
But unfortunately you are searching for the happiness or satisfaction from others.
If you understand the science of life, you can see every mind is imperfect till it reaches its destination called the divine conscious energy.
So, if you can practise pranayam, japam, and meditation etc your mind will take you to the real perfect happiness without any doubts.
