What’s the difference between DHARMA and KARMA?

Dear Gopakumarji,
The word Dharma has come from the Sanskrit root “dharathi”, means that which holds.
That means the values which you hold is your dharmam.
Suppose if you are sincere, dedicated, loyal and committed, these principles are the dharma which you hold.
When you apply these principles in your day to day activities it is called Karma.
So Dharma is theory (in your mind) Karma is application of the theory (in the world).
