Dear Vaishnavi,
The more you think bad about your own home, you can not expect any thing good too.
The negativity in the minds create a negative energy around you.
If your devotion is stronger than your superstitions, things will change for good.
If you conduct regular Satsangs at your home and pray together in the evening, the environment will change all by itself.
So do Sadhana with all family members.
