Hari Om. My wife and I have been introduced to Srimad Bhagavatham for quite some time now. After this exposure, recently two to three months ago, we decided to do parayanam (reading) of the Moolam one hour everday on our own. We are able to do 5 or 6 adhyayas. Having heard from you and others, we started with 11th skanda, and then from 1 onwards. We finished the 9th today. Are we right? We will read X 1st and 2nd part, then XI and XII skandas and then the Mahatmyam. Your advice on the sequence will be helpful. When we do parayanam a second time, we will follow any change you may suggest. We have booked in the Bhagavatahm village, and look forward to its early occupation. Hari Om – A. Venkatesh

Dear Venkateshji,
Actually there is not any specific order for reading because reading is a part of rituals.
Vedavyasji clearly says feeling while reading is the indication of spiritual growth.
Feeling devotion is part of heart and reading belongs to the mouth.
