Hariom,
Your mind belongs to the ever conscious energy called Atma who is the real God.
So your mind is always pure but you can imagine that you are impure (as Christians believe they are sinners).
Lord Krishna says “imagining or calling oneself as impure or sinner itself is a great sin”.
No one can purify others’ minds who think wrongly.
So never allow the mind to think that “I am impure”.
(refer Gita 8th chapter 7th sloka).
First do pranayam, followed by japam and meditation.
Actually these rules are to make our self get involved in to divine thinking fast.
Once you establish in Divinity you don’t need any particular order.
