Swamiji namaskaram. I am confused with the statement given. What does it actually mean that the body energy transcends with the mind energy and how does it happen? For the doubt i asked earlier is about women having periods.. even the mind is pure but the body is actually impure due to periods. So we cannot visit the pooja room? and the other doubt is stated by guruji that when the mind energy becomes strong so at that time when we reach periods can we still visit the pooja room as you have mentioned that we can go anywhere. And how will the mind energy become strong? Another new doubt is i am aware that the self and the body is different. and very well understand this discrimination. But when the mind is always swaying around god are we allowed to read the scriptual or sacred taxts like gitas etc… during monthly periods?

Dear Yani,
Please sincerely ask this question to yourself, “who thinks I am impure”?
Is it the body thinking or the mind thinking?
Once you ask, you will get the answer that it is the mind that is thinking and the mind has freedom to think any thing.
(like when Panchali was insulted by Dussasana she called Krishna for help. That time she was in her period, yet Krishna touched her in the form of an endless sari).
Krishna looked at her devoted mind.
Unfortunately most of the women never use the freedom to think that mind is ever pure.
Instead of that, they think they are impure.
This is called physical energy.
Transform this by thinking “I am always living with God”; it makes the mind pure.
HariOm!
