Dear Lijin,
Yes, there is a problem, not because of the position of the toilet, but because of your mind which is always worrying about it. Understand, mind is more superior than any thing else.
There are many houses where nothing is not according to Vasthu.
But their mind is so positive and engaged always in their duties.
I could see real prosperity there.
The problems are attracted by the mind which thinks (always) about the problem.
