Dear Swamiji, Thank you very much for your reply.Let me ask one more doubt. Is prana sakthi(5 pranas)and atma sakthi the same? What actually happens at death? Escape of prana or jeevan or atma? If it is atma, how can it happen since paramatma pervades everywhere? Why non-living objects can’t express their atma chaitanya? rgds, Amrithesh

Dear Amritheshji,
Prana or the vital energy is a part of cosmic energy because it has no consciousness.
But mind is concise thoughts, it is the part of conscious energy called Atma.
According to our Masters, this Atma is the real God.
In deep sleep, there is no mind (consciousness). But there is conscious energy, because of that the oxygen is separated from all other gases and heat is maintained in the body. At the time of death, the mind (jeevatma), prana and heat leave the body.
Though Paramatma is every where, the mind can move and wander from one thing to another.
Observe your own experience.
