Pranams swamiji, whenever i meditate, there are some unwanted thikings like the past or about friends cross the mind. i always keep turning back to the lord’s lotus feet so that the mind always merges with the chaitanyam. may i know why is it so that unwantedmemories of the past or etc… crosses the mind or is it normal for one who is a beginner?

Dear Yani,
Don’t worry about the things happening in the mind, develop sincere love and interest in your practice.
Understand practice alone makes the man perfect; the more you practice that much deep you have washed your accumulated past thoughts.
So Go ahead,
HariOm!
